That was deep and powerful. I've recently come to this realization of the difference between fame and leadership. I can't imagine someone being an amazing public leader before they are a private leader. Private leader being a leader of their family, siblings etc. Leading them by creating a great culture the home, staying collect at times of tribullance and maintianing Huq. Ahmed
Perhaps something that would be really beneficial, but mainly reward based with hardly any income, is having a leadership session with a very selective age of youth. In order for them to be selected or something, they have to write an essay or something. Maybe the age range could be from 17-23. I would definitely be in for that. You could even have it online. And when these youth grow up a bit more, they'll learn more about DiscoverU and be able to utilize it at an early age. Allaahua'alam. Up to you of course. Wassalaam

Allah is my witness, I dont know about others but by the permission of Allah you have touched our lives in so many ways and changed the way we look at things and motivated us immensely may Allah swt always protect you and give you success in all your initiatives .
